INSIDE THE GIRL LAB
The Girl Lab creates space for conversations that rarely happen during the school day. In a room filled only with girls, participants are able to speak honestly about the pressures they face and the expectations placed on them.
Through guided dialogue and shared activities, participants begin to recognize how peer pressure, self-doubt and social expectations influence their decisions. They learn to think critically about those influences, support one another and grow more comfortable being themselves.
In The Girl Lab, teens are given the rare opportunity to talk openly with others navigating many of the same challenges.

IMPACT
Schools and youth organizations are often looking for ways to support girls beyond academics, but time and structure do not always allow for the kinds of conversations and experiences they need. The Girl Lab creates space for those moments without disrupting existing programming.
