SIGNATURE PROGRAMS
The Girl Lab programs are structured, ten-week cohorts designed to help girls strengthen confidence and navigate social pressure in real time.
Programs are delivered onsite at partner schools/youth organizations and consist of weekly 90-minute sessions that combine guided discussion and real-life application. Students engage in conversations about situations they are actively experiencing, participate in activities that build self-awareness and practice using their voice in a supportive setting.

GIRL STYLE
Girl Style is a creative identity program where personal style becomes a tool for confidence—not comparison. Students explore how their clothing connects to how they see themselves and how they show up in the world.

Through style exploration, girls learn how clothing can communicate mood, personality and identity—and how to make choices based on what they feel comfortable wearing rather than outside pressure. Girl Style also opens honest conversations about body image, trends and the influence of social media, helping girls recognize how external messaging can shape the way they feel about themselves.

Girl Style gives girls permission to dress in a way that reflects who they are, not who they’re told to be.
GLOW GIRL
Glow Girl is an inner-confidence experience that helps girls build a steady relationship with themselves—one rooted in emotional awareness and self worth.

In this program, girls explore who they are beneath the noise of comparison and expectations. They reflect on what matters to them, how they experience their emotions and how to treat themselves with kindness and understanding during moments of stress or self-doubt.

Through guided conversations and reflection, participants learn to recognize negative self-talk, understand their emotional responses and develop healthier ways to support themselves—so they feel more capable and in control of how they move through their day.

Each student leaves with a personal self-love toolkit and simple daily practices they can return to whenever emotions feel overwhelming.
Glow Girl reminds girls that real confidence starts on the inside—and grows when you learn how to support yourself.

GIRL WITH GOALS
Girl With Goals is a vision and purpose-building experience that helps girls explore their interests and turn their ideas into meaningful goals.
In this program, they take time to identify their interests, passions and curiosities—gaining clarity around what they want to work toward and why it matters to them. Instead of vague dreams or pressure-filled plans, students learn how to shape goals that feel motivating and within reach.

Through creativity and practical planning, girls break big ideas into clear, manageable steps and build momentum in a way that feels encouraging rather than overwhelming.

Whether she is starting a passion project, working toward a personal goal, or simply learning how to begin, Girl With Goals gives her the structure and confidence to move forward with intention.

Girl With Goals helps girls trust their ideas—and take meaningful action toward what matters most to them.
GIRL TALK
COMING SOON
Girl Talk is a communication and self-expression experience designed to help girls find their voice and feel confident sharing it.
In this program, girls explore storytelling, public speaking and creative thinking as tools for connection—not performance. They learn how to organize their thoughts, express ideas clearly and communicate with confidence in ways that feel natural and authentic to them.

Girl Talk focuses on helping girls feel comfortable being heard—whether they’re sharing an opinion, telling a story, speaking in front of others, or participating in everyday conversations. It creates space for girls to practice using their voice in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

More than just learning how to speak, Girl Talk helps girls understand that their thoughts matter—and that they deserve to take up space in conversations, classrooms and beyond.

Girl Talk helps girls trust their voice and speak with confidence—without fear of getting it “wrong.”
